In this context, an official spokesman for the Iraqi Ministry of Oil revealed, in statements to Reuters, that the country's average oil exports during September reached about 2.65 million barrels per day, as part of Iraq's full commitment to the quotas set within the OPEC Plus alliance agreement aimed at maintaining the stability of global markets. The spokesman explained that the total announced volume of oil exports translates the geographical and logistical distribution of export movement, as the share of exports through the northern lines via the Turkish port of Ceyhan reached about 250 thousand barrels per day, which contributes directly to enhancing crude flows towards European and global markets. These official figures come to reflect the actual production and export volume of the Iraqi energy sector during the current month, amidst investors' anticipation of global supply data and its direct impact on crude oil prices in international and local markets.
