The meeting concluded with several key resolutions, notably the approval of the draft national guide for program and performance budgeting. This draft will undergo final review involving local and international partners, including the World Bank. Additionally, the government program, as approved by the Council of Ministers, was adopted as the fundamental basis for preparing and implementing the program and performance budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with declared government priorities and goals. The Minister affirmed that efforts are focused on developing a budget with greater clarity in priority setting and enhanced accuracy in monitoring program and project achievements.
