The discussions focused on mechanisms to enhance trade exchange and expedite financial and customs procedures related to the movement of goods and services. Investment opportunities in the financial and business sectors were also addressed. The minister emphasized the importance of overcoming obstacles hindering the growth of trade relations between Iraq and Lebanon, highlighting the government's dedication to developing these ties and encouraging the private sectors in both countries to establish joint projects. Meanwhile, the Lebanese Minister of Trade praised the efforts to strengthen bilateral relations, stressing the significance of continued coordination and joint work to achieve further economic cooperation.
