Iraqi Parliament Completes First Reading of "National Service" and "Cancer Council" Bills

 The Iraqi Parliament, chaired by Haibat al-Halbousi, completed the first reading of the National Service bill, calling on specialized committees to allow sufficient time for discussing MPs' proposals. The session also saw the first reading of the amendment to the Cancer Council Law, aimed at facilitating meetings and limiting membership to specialists for faster health decision-making, before adjourning the session until Monday.
