Iraqi Parliament Concludes Debate on Civil Service Law Amendments and Adjourns Session

Iraq's Council of Representatives on Sunday adjourned its session until next Tuesday, having completed several legislative duties. The Council announced it concluded the first reading of the proposed Juvenile Care Law and the first reading of the proposed Second Amendment to the Mukhtars Law No. (13) of 2011. It also finalized the report and discussion on the proposed Twenty-Second Amendment to the Civil Service Law No. (25) of 1960, before deciding to reconvene on Tuesday.
