King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh announced the allocation of Terminal 1 for domestic flights, while Terminal 2 has been designated for international flights operated by national carriers, effective from Sunday. The airport urged all travelers with confirmed bookings to contact their respective airlines to verify the status of their flights before heading to the airport, ensuring smooth travel procedures. These new arrangements follow a suspension of operational activities at the airport during the current month of October. The General Authority of Civil Aviation had announced on October 10 that the airport was subjected to an attack, leading to a temporary suspension of operations until damage assessments were completed and the safety of facilities was confirmed in coordination with relevant authorities.
