Amid ongoing security developments in the region, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani, strongly expressed his denunciation of the attacks that targeted King Khalid International Airport and Abha International Airport within the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, emphasizing in his stance his condemnation of any acts targeting civilians, vital facilities, and civilian infrastructure. Barzani affirmed through an official statement his absolute rejection of such practices, offering his sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, and expressing his complete and full solidarity with the Saudi leadership and people.
