Navigation Monitoring Reveals Low Ship Traffic Levels in Strait of Hormuz

The vital Strait of Hormuz has experienced a notable decrease in ship traffic recently. According to navigation tracking data reported by Reuters, only seven vessels transited on Wednesday, a drop from twelve ships on Tuesday. These figures are below the ten-day average of fourteen vessels. Moreover, Thursday's data showed four ships leaving the Arabian Gulf and three entering. It's important to note that some vessels sail with transponders off, thus not being included in official counts.
