Within the framework of ongoing institutional activities, the Ministry of Defense headquarters witnessed an official reception ceremony during which Minister Naيف Makeef Al-Shammari officially assumed his duties, in the presence of the Chief of Staff of the Army, his deputies, and commanders of various military branches and arms. The reception took place amidst field assurances regarding the importance of the upcoming phase, where the minister emphasized during his first tour the ministry's steadfast commitment to continuing its national responsibilities and working diligently to raise efficiency and enhance the combat readiness of the armed forces in all formations, directly contributing to preserving Iraq's sovereignty and supporting its security and stability.
