OPEC revised its global crude oil demand growth forecasts, lowering current year estimates by 200,000 barrels per day, to 580,000 bpd. Conversely, it increased 2027 demand growth projections by 220,000 bpd, reaching 2.16 million bpd. For supply, the organization maintained its non-OPEC oil production growth forecast at 600,000 barrels per day for the current year. It anticipates 100,000 barrels per day growth in their output next year. OPEC also slightly reduced its demand estimates for member countries' oil for 2026 to 42.1 million barrels per day. Its 2027 forecasts, however, remained unchanged at 43.6 million barrels per day. On the macroeconomic front, OPEC curtailed its global economic growth forecasts for the current year to 3%. Projections for 2027 remained stable at 3.2%.
