Parliament Speaker requests designated reviewing government program preparing confidence granting approval

The Speaker of Parliament, Haibat Al-Halbousi, invited today, Thursday, the Prime Minister-designate, Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi, to read the ministerial curriculum for voting. The media department of the council stated in a statement that "Speaker of Parliament Haibat Al-Halbousi invites Prime Minister-designate Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi to read the ministerial curriculum for voting." The Parliament held earlier today the confidence-granting session for the new government with the attendance of 266 deputies.
