The Security Media Cell in Kirkuk announced on Sunday the death of a civilian woman who succumbed to injuries sustained during an operation targeting a site belonging to ISIS remnants in the governorate. The Cell clarified that security forces observed movement by two ISIS elements late yesterday evening near Al-Malha village, located within the 11th Division's sector under Kirkuk Operations Command. Subsequently, units engaged the monitored site with two mortar rounds. This incident resulted in a civilian woman, who was near the location, being injured. She was immediately transported to the hospital for treatment, but unfortunately, she later passed away from her wounds.
