Defense Minister Orders Expedited Approval of Marriage and Travel Permits for Personnel Within a Week

The Defense Minister, Naif Makif Al-Shammari, directed today, Wednesday, the expedited processing of marriage and travel approvals for ministry personnel within a maximum period of seven days. The spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Major General Yahya Rasool Abdullah, explained that the directive includes issuing marriage approvals and travel permits for purposes such as pilgrimage, medical treatment, and tourism for officers, ranks, and civilian employees, with the processing time starting from the date of receiving the relevant transactions and requests. This measure is part of the minister's efforts to facilitate administrative procedures related to personnel affairs and ensure the completion of their transactions within the specified timeframe, reflecting the ministry's commitment to providing efficient and prompt services to its members.
