The Ministry of Finance has announced the start date for submitting loan applications to Rafidain Bank through the "Super Key" application, beginning on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The ministry clarified that Rafidain Bank has completed all technical procedures and electronic linkage for the loan service, and the application link will be activated via the bank's icon in the app. This service is designated for civilian and military employees, as well as retirees whose salaries are deposited in the bank and who hold its cards. Applications will be accepted for up to five thousand requests per batch, with the link temporarily closing once the quota is met. Bank staff will then complete administrative procedures, credit checks, and deposit loan amounts daily into the accounts of applicants who meet the eligibility criteria. After processing each batch of requests, the link will reopen to receive a new batch of five thousand applications, continuing the process in this manner. Rafidain Bank emphasized that the temporary closure of the link is an organizational measure to complete processing and does not indicate a halt in service or the end of application opportunities. The bank urged customers to rely on official channels for applications and to avoid responding to claims promising guaranteed loan approval or expedited procedures in exchange for money, as all requests are subject to the bank’s approved regulations and electronic process.
