Ministry of Justice Launches Automated System to Streamline Real Estate Registration Transactions in Al-Kadhimiya

The Ministry of Justice announced today, Thursday, the launch of a new electronic system aimed at automating transactions related to sales, purchases, demolition, transfers, as well as inheritance and correction procedures at the Second Al-Kadhimiya Real Estate Registration Directorate. This initiative is part of the ministry's efforts to develop work mechanisms, simplify procedures, and accelerate transaction completion. The Director General of the Real Estate Registration Department, Ibtisam Al-Saadi, explained that the directorate has concurrently started electronically archiving files, records, and restrictions alongside the implementation of the electronic system, enhancing work accuracy, reducing reliance on paper procedures, and improving service efficiency for citizens. Al-Saadi pointed out that the system's application will gradually expand to include all real estate registration directorates in Baghdad and other provinces, following a specific timeline to ensure proper implementation and continuous service delivery. This approach aligns with the Ministry of Justice's strategy to promote digital transformation, elevate judicial service standards, and achieve speed, accuracy, and transparency in completing real estate transactions.
