Fox News has reported that a vessel contracted by the United States was subjected to an Iranian attack near the strategic Strait of Hormuz. The network, citing two sources, confirmed the incident involved four Iranian drones and at least one missile, occurring in a sensitive region vital for international maritime traffic. One projectile striking the ship caused minor injuries among the crew, including smoke inhalation cases. The injured are currently receiving medical treatment in a Gulf nation. Network sources also noted that some "US personnel" were present aboard the vessel when the attack took place.
