As part of ongoing efforts to monitor security developments and enhance internal stability, Interior Minister Yasser Al-Maliki conducted a field visit to the ministry operations department and the national command center and its affiliates, where the daily briefing on incidents and the general situation across various provinces was reviewed, alongside inspecting the central control and response Directorate nine one one to directly examine its assigned tasks, and during a meeting with the advanced cadre of the ministry operations department and several department heads, discussions focused on ways to elevate the overall performance of security apparatuses, resulting in decisive directives to raise readiness levels and ensure immediate response across all security zones without exception, while the tour also included examining mechanisms to develop current security plans and enhance combat readiness, inspecting security and border checkpoints, outposts, fortifications, and following up on precautionary measures and communications to guarantee rapid emergency response and joint coordination among military units throughout Iraq.
