The Popular Mobilization Forces Commission (PMF) announced on Friday the arrest of an individual accused of promoting the banned Ba'ath Party, during a security operation in eastern Anbar province. A PMF statement clarified that intelligence forces from Brigade 27 Special Missions, in cooperation with its Intelligence and Information Directorate, apprehended the suspect in Karma district. This arrest was executed under a judicial warrant, and necessary legal procedures were taken against him, followed by referral to competent authorities.
