Within the framework of continuous efforts to secure financial dues for citizens and alleviate living burdens, the concerned authorities have completed all necessary preparations to secure the monthly dues for beneficiaries. In this context, the General Retirement Commission officially confirmed on Thursday the completion of all procedures related to raising retirees' salaries for the month of October. The Deputy Head of the Commission, Hussam Abdul Sattar, explained in an official statement that the work proceeded under the direct directive of the Minister of Finance, as the administrative cadres continued their duties and tasks exceptionally during the National Sovereignty Day holiday to ensure no delays occurred. He added that the process of finalizing the file for retirees' salaries for October 2026 was carried out in direct and joint coordination with the Accounting Department, noting that all data and files related to disbursement have been sent to the specialized banks in order to immediately commence the usual disbursement procedures.
