Apple Unveils "Siri AI" as Fully Integrated Smart Assistant

Apple, the American technology giant, on Monday unveiled "Siri AI," a long-awaited redesigned version of its interactive assistant, powered by "Apple Intelligence" technologies. The new assistant is immediately available for developer testing, with a beta version expected to be rolled out later this year. Apple had previously announced the upgraded version of Siri during the Worldwide Developers Conference in June 2024. In a related development, the company announced in May 2025 a delay in the program's launch. In another development earlier this year, Apple agreed to a $250 million settlement in a U.S. lawsuit that accused it of misleading iPhone buyers regarding delayed AI upgrades. Under the settlement, the company did not admit to any wrongdoing. The enhanced Siri aims to provide greater benefit to users, capable of accessing their personal information and operating seamlessly across various applications on Apple devices.
