Minister Belousov explained that 2026 will serve as a launchpad for intensive bilateral activities aimed at elevating field coordination. In a message to participants at the opening of a memorial complex for North Korean soldiers, President Putin stressed that the sacrifices of Korean soldiers fighting alongside Russians will remain eternal, noting that this strategic alliance represents a safety valve against mutual threats and for protecting the national sovereignty of both countries.
