The Civil Defense Directorate in Anbar province announced on Thursday the successful disposal of three unexploded rockets in the western desert area of the province. The directorate stated in an official release that the unexploded ordnance disposal teams carried out the operation in full coordination with relevant government bodies, under the direct supervision of the director general, Brigadier General Mustafa Mahmoud Thalj. The statement highlighted that this operation is part of ongoing efforts to clear areas of war remnants, aiming to safeguard the lives and properties of citizens from the dangers posed by such hazardous materials.
