A senior Iranian official stated that the country will not discuss its nuclear program during talks scheduled for Monday with the "Makkah Alliance" delegation, emphasizing that the United States must first meet Tehran's conditions to permanently end the conflict. The Iranian proposal, presented to Washington through intermediaries in mid-September, includes lifting the U.S. blockade on Iranian ports, easing sanctions on oil exports, and ending hostilities on all regional fronts. Separately, U.S. President Donald Trump earlier announced that there would be no military strike on Iran on Monday. Trump added that he is working to ensure Iran never possesses nuclear weapons, stating, "You will see the end of this issue very soon, one way or another." He also noted that the U.S. is performing well regarding the Iran file and possesses deep intelligence information about the country.
