Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi, yesterday Monday in New York, received his Lebanese counterpart, Nawaf Salam. During the meeting, both sides discussed bilateral relations between Iraq and Lebanon, exploring ways to strengthen and develop them across various fields, particularly economic and commercial. This information was clarified by the Prime Minister's Media Office. Al-Zaidi emphasized the deep fraternal and historical ties linking the two countries and their peoples. He reiterated Iraq's commitment to supporting Lebanon and the importance of fostering joint cooperation. The two leaders also addressed current regional developments.
