In the context of following up on field developments and news circulated across social media platforms and various media outlets, the relevant authorities issued a decisive official clarification regarding what was circulated about an aerial incident. In this regard, the Head of the Security Media Department, Lieutenant General Saad Maan, denied on Friday, categorically, the circulating news regarding the crash of an Iraqi F-16 aircraft. Maan emphasized in his statement that the air force jets are completely safe, pointing out that Iraqi pilots drew an exceptional Iraqi sovereign aerial masterpiece during the event. He reiterated that there is no truth to the circulating reports about the crash of an Iraqi F-16 aircraft, to put an end to rumors.
