The Baghdad Operations Command announced on Monday the launch of a security campaign aimed at curbing the phenomenon of sports car displays and car stunts in the Al-Dawoodi area of Mansour, responding to residents' demands who suffer from the disturbances and dangers caused by these actions. The command stated in a release that the Emergency Troops Directorate of Karkh is leading the campaign, which includes setting up sudden and temporary checkpoints to monitor violating sports cars, especially those producing loud noises and causing disturbance and harm to residents' lives in residential areas. The statement emphasized that the campaign's goal is to reduce this phenomenon and to take the necessary legal measures against offenders to maintain the security and safety of citizens.
